We offer support for problems with:

- operating system upgrades
- internet/wireless connectivity
- additional storage/external hard drives
Whether we collect from you or you drop your equipment off with us, it will all be handled in a Covid-19 safe manner, see our working practices for more information.
Our pricing is very straight forward, starting with our FREE 30 minute consultation, thereafter it is £60 per hour plus any replacement parts. We will never charge you for any work or parts without getting your approval first.
