Support Pricing - PRO
If you are looking for ad-hoc support for your environment, look no further than our Flex offering. For a simple hourly rate, we can cover any kind of work you require. Calls, issues and requests will be dealt with on a fist come, fist served basis, if you are looking to have a prioritisation over this level we would recommend Flex Priority. We still include all the ticked items and the boxes are what planned work we can cover within booked time.

While the PRO and Flex Priority offerings may seem expensive, particularly if you are capable of the majority of support needs yourself, it may be helpful if there was a way to support a specific piece of work or project, we can assist with a simple hourly rate for that. As with all our support offerings, you have the ability to Flex your support level at the end of each period; 1/3/6/12 months.
If you have a project in mind, contact us to discuss what is required/involved and we can price it up for you. If it involves a large piece of work we can utilise our day rate, which is more cost effective at £400 per day, this gives you 8 hours of work for the price of 5! This work does not need to be utilised in a single day, it can be spread out over time in half day chunks.
